TD AMERITRADE Park

TD Ameritrade Park Omaha is a state-of-the-art 24,000 seat stadium that serves as the new home to the NCAA’s College World Series. The stadium was designed and built to maximize fan convenience, with grand plaza entrances at each corner of the site and street level ticket and administrative offices, team clubhouse facilities, and access to back of house services for deliveries and services to the ballpark. There are also 26 suites, a 2,400 club seat lounge, central kitchen and commissary, and a press box. The stadium has an open 360-degree walk-around concourse, large “Fanfest Area” for activities and games, and a retail zone with views into the bullpen and field.

Kiewit and the project’s architect were awarded the Silver award for the 2012 Best Building Team nationally from Building Design + Construction for the project. Additional project awards include the 2012 Build Nebraska Award from the Associated General Contractors of Nebraska for best project in the state and the 2011 Best Project Award (Sports/Entertainment category) from Engineering News- Record Mountain States.
